Discussion of Panel Descriptors and Outcomes The panel meeting ran long due to course review therefore the panel has decided to hold a second virtual meeting in November to discuss the following topics: 1) Do we count drafts as part of the total word count?, 2) Should "formal / revised writing" be changed to "formal and revised" in the panel's course approval criteria?, 3) How does or should the panel count portfolios?, 4) Information and/or research literacy, 5) U of I communication courses & speech components, 6) Verbal Citations, and 7) Review the course objectives for the panel's current descriptors and revise if necessary or appropriate 3. i) Spring ’21 = Friday, March 12th, 2021, at 10:00 am online via Zoom
