EGR 961 Chemistry I: (4-5 Semester Credits)
Retired 12/31/2008: Topics include the periodic table of elements, basic bonding, atomic structure, stoichiometry of chemical reactions, the gaseous state, solutions, condensed phases and phase transitions, and heat and enthalpy of reactions. Laboratory required. Prerequisite: One year of high school chemistry.
