Retired 12/31/2008: An introduction to computer applications in the visual arts. A computer software-based approach to visual image manipulation and generation, including the integration of computer hardware, software, and peripheral devises as tools to create and combine traditional and contemporary visual ideas as applied to art and design. This is not a graphic design computer course. There is an expectation that all studio-based courses include appropriate instruction in the health and safety issues relative to the methods of the course and the materials being used.
